ACLS SQL6.2.x bug-fixes and new features:

1.  User profile manager: 
	- implement performance script for user seearch
	- add 
	- add usage and invoice control at global setting
2.  Tracker report:
	- Implement log auto-fix scripts 
3.  Resource tab/resource trainer:
	- Remnove inactive trainer from the list
4.  Customise resource data fields: limit to 15 characters due to the limit of SQL data field length
