ACLS SQL6.3.x bug-fixes and new features:

1.  User profile manager: 
	- restore the full search feature
	- add last change time for tracking of change time
2.  Resource catalogue:
	- Enlarge resource image
	- Add asset ID
	- Standardise the text box size for description, specs and upgrades 
3.  My profile: remove booking profile which is no longer in use
4.  Jaggaer chemical integration: UNSW only
5.  Dashboard tab: fix the resource catalogue link on memu
6.  NIF: modifications as per NIF proposal.
