ACLS SQL6.5.x bug-fixes and new features:

1.  User profile editor:
	- fix the bug to cause certificate search hint stop working
	- fix the bug to show up resource group trainer list
	- fix the bug in the user certificate editor
2.  iCal: rename the iCal attachment from facilitybooking to resourcebooking in alignment with the resource term used throughout system
3.  Timeline calendar: 
	- increase the label width to cope with the long resource name and other information
	- performance enhancement for resource group list script
4.  Training manager:
	- performance enhancement for landing page
	- improvement for user details in the certificate analytics
5.  Resource manager
