ACLS SQL6.7.x bug-fixes and new features:

1.  User profile manager:
	- project tab: separate active project list, and suspended/expired project list in user profile project tab page: only show the active projects in user profile
	- project tab: add project description to the project help tip icon: yes, add description
	- project tab: allow staff to edit their own project list: yes, staff can change project listing anytime
2.  Project manager (for ACLC with project module):
	- increase project title length to 200 charactor length
3.  Support ticket service: 
	- fix the ticket link issue when the ticket subject contains speech quotes
4.  User profile manager:
	- fix the bug to lockdown user permanently in access tab 
5.  My profile:
	- allow user to upload user photo by user himself or herself
	- system admin could turn off photo upload for my proffile at system level
6.  Resources with customised fields:
	- disable listing resource with customised fields in data logbook
	- remove Edit retrospective Booking button to the resource with he customised fields in all calendars
	- permit the retrospective bookings of the resource with customised fields in user/approval calendar
7.  Auto-notification of booking cancellation:
	- fixed bug that causing notification working perperly
8.  Induction process manager:
	- change the tile styling to table styling on the landing page
9.  User induction status manager:
	- this is a new feature, provide the full status summary of user induction process status with the color indicators	
10. Broadcast messages:
	- add single attachment PDF feature
11. Printable resource QR code:
    - Updated script with search feature
12. Training manager:
    - fixed the bug for equipment supervisor access to training manager
13. MCN: modifications as per MCN proposal
	- User profile manager: add new feature to change user category for all resources by category selection, replace default category edit tool
14. UOW: modifications as per UOW proposal
	- gym booking feature
	- phlebotomist appiontment feature
	- user tier manager: fixed the tiered resource update when update user tiers
	- replace all old scripts for exportng to excel with the new on-screen excel export scripts
