ACLS SQL6.9.x bug-fixes and new features:

1.  User registration approval:
	- email notification sent to the user upon reg approval
2.  Timeline calendar:
	- turn off lab space tile if the space already archived
3.  Report manager
	- training certificate report: add expiry certificate report
	- resource maintenance report: one click to see all resource maintenance schedule detailed records
4.  Change consumable order:
	- add column to show the staff who cancels the order
5.  Resource manager/Resource group:
	- add name check to prevent from resource group name duplication for level 1 and level 2 
6.  Resource maintenance profile
	- increase maintenance schedule date selction range over 20 years
7.  IHMRI:
	- fix the script to cause the tailored resource booking report overloading the page
8.  DEAKIN:
	- User profile editor: fix the bug to cause the incorrect expirt date of user certifcate for the certificate with the expiry date control
9.  ANFFUQ: 
	- change the user training history to new grid table finish
